Family-friendly fun so bring the kids!

No experience needed, just school spirit and a glove!

Let’s team up to take on Lovett, Kolter, Condit, Parker, Horn & STM in some friendly (but fierce) competition.

Need a break? We've got you covered! Drop off the kids by 5:50pm at USA Ninja Challenge for a fun-filled night of ninja training, games, and activities while you enjoy a well-deserved kid-free evening!  

Kids should eat dinner before, wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. 

Sign Up by 5/28 for $25 or $30 on the day of. A percentage will go to Herod.

Yearbooks are for sale in person at the front desk with Mr. Spikes or at the school store in the morning. They are $25. You can also purchase via the PTO membership toolkit website by clicking HERE!

In case you haven’t been over to Pontiac Street in a while… the school garden is blooming with exciting updates! 

Eagle Scout candidate David Fang of Troop 222 orchestrated a workday last weekend to help restore some of the damage done by the storms last winter.  

New tables have been built, offering a perfect spot for outdoor learning and relaxation. Additionally, the birdhouse has been re-established, welcoming back our feathered friends and adding life and charm to the garden space. 

To keep the school garden thriving and beautiful, we’re asking for your support in maintaining this wonderful space. PTO has created a garden donation link on the school store that is accessible to the greater community. Click here to support the Garden!

Donations will go toward funding maintenance projects, restoration of the pond area, and ensuring the fences stay safe. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful impact. Thank you for helping us nurture both nature and learning!

We’re looking for parents who want to help out with PTO next year. Whether you have 30 minutes or a couple of hours each week, we’d love for you to join the PTO! Without volunteers, we won’t be able to host all the fun events we love at Herod.

CONTRIBUTION

As part of our efforts to create memorable experiences for our 5th graders, we are asking for your support. To ensure the success of these activities, we are kindly requesting a contribution of $50 per student. This contribution will go towards 5th grade graduation and celebration!

While the suggested amount is $50, we understand that circumstances vary, and any contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated. 

***A FREE GIFT will be given to each student who makes a contribution.
