 ** Every student at Herod has a Tuesday folder that is used as a communication tool to administration, teachers, and staff to parents. Corporate Partners will have the exclusive ability to send printed materials home directly to our student families. This allows our Corporate Partners the ability to conduct a Direct Mail campaign. Materials must be submitted one week prior to inclusion, must be approved by the PTO and school, and delivered to Herod Elementary for distribution. Corporate Partners must have an adequate amount of printed material to be placed in each student’s folder.

 *** Your company can sponsor a teacher table for $500, which will allow 10 teachers to attend Auction for FREE! Your business will be prominently displayed on the sponsored table and advertised in our print materials such as flyers, emails, online bidding site, and our PTO Facebook page as an Auction Sponsor. You can pay now or choose to be invoiced in January for Auction Sponsorship.
