The book fair is coming to Herod! The kids will have a chance to look at the books and make a wish list during the Book Fair Preview days. This will take place during their Specials time. The Book Fair will open for purchases and to the public in October. 

**This is a School Fundraiser and PTO provides volunteer support as needed.

PTO is challenging every grade! The grade with the highest percentage of families signed up for PTO by Friday, September 19 will enjoy popsicles at recess on Friday, September 26. Signing up is quick, easy, and makes a huge impact for our school community—plus, your kids will love the reward! 

It is FREE to sign up for the PTO!!  In the event of a tie, the grade level with the highest number of paid Family Sponsorships will be the winner.

We’re looking for enthusiastic parents to help support our classrooms and coordinate both class-specific and grade-level activities and initiatives this year!   If you’d like to be considered, please fill out our Grade Level Parent Interest Form.

The Jetway is OPEN for Take Off.  Come work at our on-site school store, The Jetway, and help kids shop safely and learn valuable life skills. The kids can buy pencils, erasers, fidget items, pens, stickers, and more within the budget you set for them!

This is a great way to spend 30 minutes with your kid and get involved in the wonderful JET family. PTO will ensure someone will help guide you during your first shift and show you the ropes. 

Some of y’all have been patiently waiting since 2019 for the garden tiles to be installed… well, the wait is OVER! The beautiful hand-painted tiles are officially up in Herod’s Garden!

These unique works of art bring color, creativity, and a sense of community spirit to our outdoor space. Please stop by, take a stroll, and admire the beauty of our garden and the legacy of our Jets!  

We were able to provide lunch for the teachers and staff during their pre-service days before the students returned to school. During this luncheon, we informed each teacher that they will receive money from the PTO to help prepare their classrooms for the school year!
