WOW Three Weeks Left

A huge “thank you for helping our teachers soar” to the Teacher Appreciation Committee for planning an incredible week of celebrations and events! A special thank you to Stephanie Chavez, Rachel Macias, Brenda Lopez, Sara Delclos, Chris Englander, Denia Barahona, Diana Stinson, Erin Piper, Shannon Yang-Oh, and Lynn Mathieu for making the week so memorable for our staff. The school is preparing for the upcoming 5th Grade Career Fair on May 21 and is seeking community members willing to inspire our students by sharing their careers and experiences. We are especially looking to fill spots in computer technology, hospitality, healthcare, and media. This is a wonderful opportunity to help our Jets dream big and explore future possibilities! Please reach out to Ms. Lewis for more information.

Don’t forget about Spirit Night on May 16th! It will be an ALL DAY event at any Houston Catering Concepts restaurant location. Grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner while supporting Herod!

Jetway

The Jetway is OPEN for Take Off. Come work at our on-site school store, The Jetway, and help kids shop safely and learn valuable life skills. The kids can buy pencils, erasers, fidget items, pens, stickers, and more within the budget you set for them!

This is a great way to spend 30 minutes with your kid and get involved in the wonderful JET family. PTO will ensure someone will help guide you during your first shift and show you the ropes.
