What grade do you teach?

3rd

How long have your been a teacher?

I am starting my fourth year of teaching.

Are you a morning or night person? Why?

I am a morning person. Nothing beats being done with all errands and chores before noon!

What type of food would you NEVER eat?

You would have to pay me to eat celery! There's something about the texture that I cannot handle.

What is your favorite sport to watch and/or play?

I am not really a sports person. I enjoy miniature golf if that counts!

What is your favorite day of the week? Why?

Saturday is my favorite day of the week. I get to sleep in and stay up late.

What is one goal you have for yourself at Herod?

I hope that I can provide a safe space for any Herod Jet.

What is your favorite family holiday tradition?

I enjoy the winter holiday season because my family comes together to make tamales. They're easy to customize, bring us all together, and are delicious!

What would the students be surprised to find out about you?

Everyone is always surprised to learn that I don't drive. I am dropped off and picked up like most students :)
